Complaints and Refunds

In the event of errors, defects, or non-delivery of meal(s), the customer may be entitled to a partial or full refund upon assessment.

Refunds may be issued for documented cases of incorrect or undelivered meals. Customers may contact grabEAT customer service at +47 47 22 32 88 with details regarding the purchase and any relevant documentation.


Right of Withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for purchases of food and beverages provided through grabEAT solutions, in accordance with applicable consumer regulations regarding perishable goods and food products.

This applies to purchases made through all grabEAT solutions, including:
grabEAT MealPOD
grabEAT MealPOD+
grabEAT SmartHUB
grabEAT HUB
grabEAT SmartLunch food delivery services


Payment Solution and Employer Subsidies

grabEAT receives payments directly to its bank account from users’ payment cards charged at the time of purchase.
For corporate meal programs, grabEAT invoices the employer for the portion of the meal subsidized by the company.


Payments to Restaurants and Food Suppliers

Currently, restaurants and food suppliers invoice grabEAT for delivered meals and related services in accordance with existing agreements.
