Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase by calling +47 47 22 32 88 or emailing support@grabeat.no. Include details about the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

If there is a problem with your order (for example, an item was not dispensed or was not in acceptable condition), grabEAT may, at its discretion:

- Provide a refund for the affected item, or
- Offer a partial or full refund depending on the situation

In some cases, we may ask for additional information, such as a photo or proof of the issue, before processing a refund.
